Runes and Psionic Glyphs
Lot Casting Elder Staves and Applicable Psionics
As I occasionally do hand out the means to an end in my articles, this here so happens to be means by vril power or rune magick. As a matter of course I will include how these ties into psionics and point out my personal experiences throughout the body of this epic journey.
Let us begin!
Runes are sometimes known as the elder staves or very ancient glyphs. The use of runes today is typically employed as fortunetelling or in the old tongue it is called lot casting, something like the old saying “reading the bones”, which is where we get terms like sorcerer and witchdoctor. Many circles on social media use tarot, numerology, and astrology for fortunetelling. However, the runes have begun to resurface as an alternative or inclusive set of tools to use in various magical systems. Yet, the runes have an entire universe of their own which is different from other magical alphabets; Namely, the runes are said to have been handed to man by a god, Odin. Well, technically it might have been Odin’s son Heimdall who passed the runes on to humanity, but I digress on this finer point. Suffice it is for us modern magician to understand is the overall usefulness and application of the runes. I’ll share some of my own divination experiences and my most recent lot casting with you today on Substack.
Rune Divination - Casting Lots
My most recent rune divination consisted of asking these glyphs for the current situation for the subject. I was wondering about the state of being for myself, and what I was looking at currently, what is needed currently. So, I drew out the first rune. I do this by first clearing my thoughts and asking a simple but clear question filled with my feelings at the time of asking the question. Then I draw the rune out of the sack of runes and note that this is the rune representing the current state of being or of surrounding events in my life. Next, I ask what is needed in the current state (what is necessary). I draw out a second rune acknowledging this is necessary. I ask then what will make a successful outcome for experiencing this current state. I draw a third rune from the sack. I acknowledge this is the final rune in today’s lot cast.
The first rune appears to be ‘need’ which is known as ‘Naudiz’. This rune signifies will or distress. Sometimes Naudiz rune expresses a desire to move forward in a pursuit. It can also be interpreted as a need to change a situation.
The second rune symbolizes a ‘lake’ and is called ‘Laguz’. While this rune can point to health of the body it is also associated with the knowledge of the deep depths of the lake. This latter attribute speaks to the subconscious mind, indicating that unresolved or thoughts pushed aside while following one pursuit which the individual deems more important than himself.
The third rune answers the necessity to ensure success for the current and overall situation at the time of the casting. This rune is ‘Thurs’ or ‘Thurisaz’. Thurs is the rune of the giants, the symbol of the hammer of Thor, and the thorn that pricks. This rune has many possible meanings, but primarily this rune symbolizes controlled force or bringing chaos under the control of willful order; Unconscious force controlled by conscious will. The Thurs rune is one of the most epic runes of the gods. Thurs represents the combined powers of the giants and the gods, as Thor’s mother was a giantess and his father a god. If viewed as an indication of Thor, then Thurs is the rune of warriors. However, this rune can also indicate the requirement of enduring painful life transitions as the rune is also symbolic of the thorn. There are of course other interpretations, but the key is to combine the runes to find meaning that matches the inclusion of the other runes and of course the life of the individual casting the runes in divination.
I might conclude if I were in a hurry to address some problem or life challenge that I need to take charge of lifestyle and health. Or that I might have to endure yet another difficulty or trial before seeing the light of justice or “what should be right.” I think, by the way, some of my energy from thoughts about the world might have carried over into the rune divination unintentionally. I think this because I believe there are many people wondering about the same thing as I am. That being: When is the full truth going to come out on the frontline about what has been going on in the world right under the noses of the people? The Naudiz rune in this case would apply to the high level of anxiety of our current zeitgeist. The world is tired of the same old lies that Hollywood faces can no longer distract us from or deceive us from our thirst for truth. (That actually also applies to Thurisaz). People want to put an end to one story and start their lives normally living. Fix the economy! End prejudice! Cut our car insurance in half! Bring back affordable living standards! Stop this warmongering! End all wars! And Laguz is all the dark secrets lurking under the seemingly calm waters of a winter lake.
Now, keep in mind that none of these conclusions are set in stone. Rather it is that these runes are interpretations of the energies you are projecting, and then the relationship with the universe returning the closest possible answer. What remains to be done is to keep an open mind and your faculties attuned to your environment for signs of runic manifestation in daily life. For example, while I was living in Hiroshima many years ago, I discovered the works of Thorsson. I began a two year study of the 9 Doors of Midgard. During the course of this study I was deeply immersed into the rune and lore of Uruz. In time I made some changes of my habits and improved my physical health, as well as developing a mental and spiritual appetite for engaging in recreational activities at the gym and developing a more positive outlook on life in general. As we were driving along to a hardware store (Juntendo) I saw down by the riverbed a rusted and incomplete construction site. All the foundation was abandoned. However, a singular iron bar remained standing which had no rust on it. This iron bar was shaped exactly in the form of ‘uruz’.
On another perchance encounter with the runes my wife and I entered a big shopping mall wandering around looking for coffee and bakeries. I walked into one shop and the owner came over to help me look at jewelry and accessories he had for special discount sales. He took me over to one special area which had nothing but—I kid you not—runes, rune necklaces, pendants, rings! Runes everywhere in that isle. I purchased a necklace with a thurisaz pendant. That was perhaps as long ago as 2002. When I returned to Japan again in 2009 I encountered more runes than I expected in this foreign land. I was, quite frankly, surprised to find so many runes in my wake. I was expecting maybe some Japanese new-age stuff, but I kept finding runes.
Evaluating the Runes
As I’ve pointed out… none of my interpretations are set in stone. The runes are subject to the influence of the operator; albeit, within a certain spectrum. That is to say that runes may be guiding templates for further altering the mechanics of reality for the individual. To make this easier to understand for new students keep in mind that the runes are glyphs with certain attributes assigned to them. You may input values into these glyphs or project into your future path these values along with the default power of each stave.
Moreover, in one sense the runes are unique to other divination systems in that these prophetic elder staves may not only predict your future but also sew your fortune! If properly operated in psionics these runes may be applied to any verse, …. Including digital landscapes. What this means is that your staves if thoroughly memorized, digested, and loaded with intent can be applied to digital carriers.
So, I have a wonderful book in the making at this time (I appreciate my paid members support and my club members). This book will detail the means by which I have applied glyphs of various kinds to interactive digital platforms. Suffice it is to know for the sake of this article you may mentally send your runes to any region on the planet by simply opening Google Earth or any map application online. Such ‘psionic’ means will allow you to project prosperity to a region that is being overrun by globalist incursions, politico and corporate propaganda, and repel the plagues of the world in general.
Sending the Runes
For personal endeavors you may paint or markup an empty vessel with a particular rune and place a tiny request within the container. Then focus your psionic mind on to the container and fill it with volumes of your intention. There are two runes which are particularly good for containers and for sending: Ingwaz for containers and fehu for sending. Both may be used interchangeable of the other, but knowledge of their respective difference is essential. Fehu is an expansive fire rune for sending intent; while ingwaz is a rune for sealing up the power in a container. Ingwaz is a receptacle rune representing the woman’s genitalia which receives the seed of life (or metaphorically the thoughts of the magician impregnate the stave with magical life). Thus the container may be used for extended storage of magical energy by ingwaz, or for conveyance of a spell to be cast by fehu.
Furthermore, the runes that are received during divination may be brought up onscreen on a computer monitor. The magician, witch, or wizard will then stare into the rune and send harmonic thoughts to runes that bid well, or send corrective energies to rune readings which do not bode well for the subject. For instance, the simple act of turning an upside-down rune back to its rightful position will produce the desired outcome if the operator is psionically attuned to the rune and the reading. Likewise, a rune reading which that could be adverse may be counter-balanced in a radionics machines by taking a reading for the script and then applying the balancing rate method. For magick and psionics students who want to build servitors into radionic machines I authored the book ‘Psionic Robot’, as well as some extended electives materials including ‘Psionic Artificer Combo’, and then some books on detailed servitor manipulation including ‘Psionic Splicing’, and brain enhancement methods for those working with BCI or EEG devices in a short book: ‘Quantitative Psionics’.
To begin your work in projecting rune power, choose a rune that you wish to work with for an extended period of time - say for a week or two practice visualizing the rune and digesting all of its related lore and history. (If you can do this for an entire month then more power to you!) After this rune is clear in your mind begin to see the rune glowing red with vital energy. Hold this image. Then encapsulate this rune in a blue sphere of light. Hold this image for as long as you can until you become proficient in bringing this image up on the screen behind your eyelids just by saying the name of the rune. At this point you are ready to start loading this prismatic orb of rune power with whatever wish you want! Make sure to select a rune that aligns with your intentions and purpose.
