Psionics Quantum Mysticism: Exploring True Self

Why You’re Already Enough (No Cosmic Upgrade Required)

“Why You’re Already Enough (No Cosmic Upgrade Required)” refers to identity confusion with cosmic intelligence and collectivism. Let’s delve in!

Self-exploration is back in vogue, rivaling the curiosity of the 60s and 70s. Maybe it’s the wild divides splitting our world today, or perhaps it’s the rise of artificial intelligence and quantum mechanics, cracking open doors to knowledge we barely grasped before. Whatever’s driving it, people are looking inward—and that’s where things get messy.

“I don’t fit in. Anywhere. With anyone.”

The self is a slippery thing to pin down. We’re raised to chase one goal: become "productive members of society." Schools, jobs, and systems drill that into us, leaving little room for anything else. Some say we’re part of a grand, cosmic whole—an interconnected universe—but even then, the individual gets blurred in all the fuzzy talk of "oneness." I see it differently. We waste too much energy trying to define what the self is or how it works, when we could just experience it. I exist to feel "I," and the everyday "me" is here to meet "myself." The real breakthroughs come when you turn inward, not when you stitch together clever ideas for everyone else to applaud.

“You need to think how we think?!”

Take the "higher self" trend sweeping social media. It’s a circus: influencers peddling the idea that who you are right now isn’t enough—you’ve got to chase this shinier, loftier you. Thousands lap it up, hooked on the promise of something better. It’s fun to watch, but let’s be real—most of it’s reheated New Age fluff, the kind that filled bestseller racks at Barnes & Noble decades ago. Podcasters spin it as ancient wisdom or cutting-edge science, but it’s neither. I’ll confess, I’ve tossed around "higher self" myself, back when I was pitching my Vrilock Psionics Club to newcomers. It’s a hook—makes the work sound approachable. But once students join, I drop the act. You’re already your highest self. (Check the video with this article for more on that.)

Here’s the rub: too many voices claim this "higher self" is out there—stashed in some cosmic attic or drifting on an astral plane. I say cut the nonsense. There is no higher self. Sure, the astral realm has its tricks—entities might pose as your "better half"—but that’s a side topic. Focus here instead: when you’re alone, free of all the noise, don’t you know yourself? You are yourself. Consciousness isn’t a ladder to climb; it’s a landscape to explore.

Imagine this. You’re on a park bench by a duck pond, an empty field stretching out, a few trees dotting the scene. Just you—no gadgets, no distractions. Now, slip on a smartwatch, pop in earbuds, and tap into a data stream. You’re plugged into the planet, a hint of cyborg life. Take it all off, and you’re still you—not "lower" or "higher," just you, shifting how you experience the moment. Those primal instincts in your bones? That’s not "you" either—it’s the raw spark, the spirit-stuff that makes a human tick. Strip away the body entirely, and you’re still here: yourself.

Let me take you back 30 years to a moment that crystallized this for me. I was tinkering with psionic amplifier patterns—designs to boost mental energy—curious if I could send energy from my head into one and feel it bounce back. Something stirred, faint enough to shrug off, but a stray thought slipped through: "What’s the highest level of truth?" That night, I went to bed and woke up outside my body.

Vrilock Psionics Quantum Mysticism fireflies dreaming
Watching myself dreaming.

I floated above my sleeping self, tiny lights blinking around my head—like fireflies spinning on a wheel. I tried to slide back in, but the room dropped away, swallowed by a dark void. I was a speck of awareness in a vast, strange place—not empty, but not solid either. A ring of pure, clear light encircled me, endless, holding every past and future possibility. Then it faded, and the universe seemed to doze off. In that stillness, I knew things. My life—every Christmas party, every joy—was a dream spun by the soul. It hit me hard, a quiet ache.

Was I stuck there forever? Alone? Where was God? A light above tugged my focus, like a Tibetan Bindhu—a dot of pure being, maybe linked to our chakras. Then I blinked out. I woke in bed, my astral arm flopping loose, my head buzzing like a hive. Snapping back into my body, I jolted with that "I’m not breathing!" panic—standard for these trips.

That day, I felt a deep, tender love for my family and pets. I skipped friends, stayed home, just soaked in being with them. Here’s the kicker: in that wild experience—maybe the "highest truth" I’d asked for—I was already what people call the higher self. But I’ll say it again: there’s no such thing. You’re already the core essence—what Hindus call 1Purusha. You just forget it, wandering through infinity.

Interesting Facts:

Purusha (see footnotes below) is the immortal conscience. The perfected being. The Hindu 2Tattwas make reference to the interlocking triangles and the hexagram as being directly representative of Purusha. The Miraculous Prayer Board is a powerful hexagram circuit, coiled, bus lined, static charged, and blessed by Vrilock.

Tattvas (Sanskrit: तत्त्व) are fundamental principles or elements of reality in Hindu philosophy, representing the basic building blocks of existence, both physical and metaphysical. Their enumeration and interpretation vary across schools, with Samkhya listing 25 and Shaivism expanding to 36, encompassing concepts from pure consciousness to material elements.
